Trinity Capital Group is proud to announce the acquisition of our newest apartment complex. Weatherstone Apartments, an 81-unit B Class apartment complex in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The property is located in the Memphis, Tennessee MSA. This deal took a long time to reach the finish line, but we finally closed on March 29th. The seller resolved the zoning issues associated with the property to finally allow us to close.
The property has distinct value-add characteristics in one of the best rental markets in the country.
