Who We Are
Trinity Capital Group was founded in 2016 as a privately held real estate investment company. Our company is committed to develop lasting relationships with our investors by providing them with exceptional customer service and wealth building opportunities through quality real estate investments. Our principal objective is to provide superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors while minimizing risk.
With over 40 years of combined real estate and business experience we have experience in all phases of the investment process: fundraising, underwriting, development, rehabilitation, asset management, and disposition.
Our Focus
We are value investors that seek value-add opportunities. These investments generate cash flow from operations and upside potential through "value added" property improvements. Currently, we have investments in Texas and Mississippi.
