Daniel Morgan
Partner
Mr. Morgan is a principal of Trinity Capital Group, owner of Trinity Classic Homes LLC, Select Door LLC, 1018 River Road LLC, Snowmor Investments LLC, and Morgan Carpentry Enterprise. He is a son of a frame carpenter who grew up in the construction world and started his own frame carpentry business in his early 20’s. Daniel quickly grew his business to employ over 50 individuals and ventured into commercial framing and building apartments throughout the state of Texas. At the age of 25, Mr. Morgan built his first home, and established Trinity Classic Homes. Trinity Classic Homes builds more than 50 homes a year. At the age of 30, Daniel built his first commercial retail strip center in Aledo. This led him to build two additional commercial retail strip centers that are still in his portfolio. As you can see, Mr. Morgan is an avid entrepreneur and owns multiple companies.
All professional accolades pale in comparison to Daniel’s wonderful wife of 17 years, Kresta, and his 9 beautiful children Kanthony, Kyla, Kiestlyn, Kaenyn, Kynzlee, Kauldyn, Keith, Koewyn and 1 TBD!
Sam Bates
Partner
Mr. Bates is a principal of Trinity Capital Group and owner of Paradigm Real Estate Investments. Sam’s background is in financial services, state and local taxes, and real estate. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and management of over $40MM in multifamily and single family assets since 2009.
Mr. Bates spent 10 years in Corporate America where he honed his business acumen and developed many characteristics that help him succeed in the real estate industry. Sam started at UBS Financial Services where he cultivated his knowledge about financial markets. He directly worked with advisors that had over $3 Billion in assets under management. After graduate school Mr. Bates transitioned his career to state and local taxes. During his tax career he helped companies save more than $45MM in tax.
Sam graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance, an MS in Personal Financial Planning, and an MBA from Texas Tech University. Sam is an avid reader, sports fan, and loves the outdoors. He attends Munger Place Church.
Michael Walkup
Partner
Mr. Walkup is a principal of Trinity Capital Group and owner/operator of a Chick-fil-A in Dallas, TX. He’s been passionate about business and real estate since the day he won at his first game of Monopoly as a child. Michael purchased his first two investment properties at the age of 22 where his average ROI was 27.2%.
Michael is also passionate about serving people in his community. He has partnered with multiple mentees to purchase single family homes and show them the ropes of investing. Also, through Chick-fil-A Michael is actively involved in East Dallas homeless outreach programs where he personally delivered over 2,000 meals in the last 12 months. Before venturing into a Chick-fil-A franchise he was a part of the Financial Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Most of his efforts were focused on Private Equity Funds and Fund of Funds that use alternative Allocation and Apportionment methods. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and hold a Master’s degree in Taxation.
Michael lives with his wife Kristina and 2 children in East Dallas and are members of Munger Place Church.
